ENTRY RULES:

Electronic Imaging 数码影像组条规

1. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: The competition is open to all PAS members. The entrant must be the full owner of all rights of the submitted works. Entry is not limited to images created and or modified digitally. Images may also be acquired and/or modified traditionally and then scanned. All e-images must be submitted as Electronic Files Photo CD Etc. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his or her own and permits the PAS Organization to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for displaying on the Internet.
2. ENTRY FORM: The Entry Form will be available at: Photo-art Association of Singapore 76-B, Lorong 27, Geylang, Singapore 388194. Tel: 67491993

The following information will be required: Name, Address, PAS membership number, Image filenames, and image titles.

3. ENTRY IMAGE FILES: Submmissions must be sent together with the Entry Form. For category

1, the images must be in jpg format. For category

2, the images must not be smaller than 8R size. A maximum of 10 images of each category may be submitted by each entrant. The image filenames MUST MATCH the filenames on the Entry Form. A separate line is provided on the Entry Form for the titles. Do not use titles for filename.

4. ENTRY FILE DIMENSIONS AND SIZE: The required maximum horizontal dimension is 1024 pixels and maximum vertical dimension is 768 pixels. Smaller images are acceptable. The maximum file size is 350KB (After compression to jpg format). Those images’ file sizes greater than 350KB will be rejected.

5. JUDGING: 评选团的决定将是最后的决定 , Panel of Judges Decision is Final Judging will be done by projecting images on a screen with an Electronic Projector at a resolution of 1024 X 768 set to 16.7 million colours.
